Ordering your Winspace is the start of your journey, and its an exciting road ahead. 

Our HQ is in Sydney and we are always happy to chat by phone or email too. However, should you want to speak to someone in person we have a network of local experts who can assist you with questions about your bike. 

Winspace Bikes can be serviced at any bike shop but we do recommend using a shop that is knowledgable in carbon and performance road bikes. We use SRAM and Shimano groupsets on our bike builds - as chosen by you - so parts are never an issue.

For any other Winspace part, we are able to source these directly to your bike shop or to your home. These can be ordered online or give us a call and we'll get you sorted. 

All Winspace frames come with a manufacturers warranty. Our team here in Australia have visited the Winspace factory several times and we continue to be impressed by the processes and quality controls in place.
