The next evolution of the all-round road frame, engineered for riders who demand uncompromising speed, precision and control.

  • A narrow, deep profile for the head tube minimises frontal area while directing clean airflow toward the top tube and down tube junction.

  • The down tube tapers progressively from top to bottom, with a truncated airfoil design that maintains airflow along its length. The SLC5 tub shaping was tested and refined extensively, before being validated in the wind tunnel.

  • The dropped, flattened seat stays reduce drag. Their low attachment point reduces frontal exposure and creates a clean path for air exiting between the frame and the rider's legs.

  • The stays' wide-set stance also contributes to lateral stiffness, ensuring responsive power transfer during out-of-saddle efforts.

  • The cross-section was optimised to reduce separation in crosswinds, contributing to more stable handling at speed.

  • The SLC5 blends M46, M65, T800, and T1100 carbon fibers in seven distinct layup configurations, targeted precisely across key frame zones.
