Returns and Replacements
At Winspace Australia we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the incorrect product is chosen. Our products ship from both our Sydney warehouse and our international warehouse in China, and in order to maintain the most competitive pricing for our customers we are unable to absorb the considerable freight and handling costs associated with change of mind returns.
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Refunds or replacements are provided only where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you, or do not perform as they would reasonably be expected to. If you believe a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it so we can assist.
Damaged Goods on Delivery
Customers must check all packaging upon delivery and should not sign for any goods that appear to have been damaged in transit. Signing for delivery confirms that the order has been received in good condition, which may limit our ability to make a freight claim. If your order arrives with clear damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will arrange repair, replacement or refund as required. In these cases return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Returns Process
To begin a return for a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@winspace.com.au. We will provide instructions and the correct return address based on your order.
